I am a Pākehā psychotherapist with many years of experience supporting young people and adults in mental health care. I now work with adults and young people 18 or older. I have training in psychotherapy, psychology and counselling, so I can adapt how I work to suit your needs.

I offer both in-person and online therapy sessions.

I can help if you are struggling with:

  • Stress

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

  • Relationships

  • Grief and loss

  • Life events or transitions

  • Identity (e.g. gender, sexuality, cultural, social…)

  • Feeling stuck, hopeless, empty or in pain

  • Neurodiversity (ADHD, Autism, PDA etc, no diagnosis required)

  • Disability and chronic health problems

  • Trauma

  • Migration

  • Burnout

While I am unable to provide a formal diagnosis for conditions such as ADHD, autism, or personality disorders, I can provide support in pursuing one.
